Your data is private. This dashboard is for organizational purposes only. The order and quote information you upload is never sold, shared, distributed, or viewed by anyone other than you. Each person's data is kept completely separate — no other user, and no administrator, can see what you upload.
One thing to know about quotes. The administrator can load the store-wide Quotes export from NetSuite, which the dashboard splits by sales number so your quotes land in your account without you having to run the report yourself. Rows belonging to anyone without an account here are discarded during that upload and never stored. The administrator sees only counts — how many quotes went to each account — never your customers, amounts, or notes. Everything else stays upload-it-yourself.
